What is Root Insight Reiki?
Well, Reiki is the pure form of healing energy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds you. Reiki treats the whole person including the body, emotions, mind, and spirit which creates many beneficial effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
Root Insight Reiki incorporates the use of two practitioners during a session, a soothing muscle relaxation as well as the use of other healing tools from different cultures from around the world; such as sound healing, crystals, feathers, stones, chakra balancing and spiritual insights from our divine. With these bonus tools, you are receiving a deeper bond with your mind, body and soul to get to the root of your own personal ailments, relationship issues, stress relief etc. To help you achieve a deeper sense of well-being, purpose and happiness in your everyday life.

Thursday : 5:30 - 7
Friday : 5:30 - 7
Dual Reike : Initial (2 Hours) - $90
: 1 Hour - $120
: 30 min - $60
With Dual Reiki, you will have access to two practitioners, what they do depends on how long you spend with them but can include :
- Tara Mai Reiki
- Pressure Points
- Guide Muscle Relaxation
- Inner Child Work
- Chakra Balancing
- Sound Healing
- Crystal Healing
- Feather Healing
Regular Reike : 1 Hour - $60
: 30 Minute - $40
With Regular Reike, you only have access to one practitioner, and receive just basic reiki treatment.
You also have access to Distant Reiki - $40
With Distant Reiki you still have access to two practitioners and will receive a Tara Mai Reiki.
Distant Reiki will consist of the practitioners performing a reiki treatment without you being there, using spiritual energy to connect with you over a distance.
